Today’s featured tenant is Arizona Pizza Company.  

 

Meet Andrew Perron, Part Owner and Back of the House Manager.  Arizona Pizza is a casual dining restaurant, enhanced by a wood-burning pizza oven, signature pizza and pasta dishes, cable television sets at each booth, and full service bar. You can see their menu and order online here.

 

Q: Where are you from?

A: I’m from East Brookfield and live in Sunderland.

 

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Arizona Pizza has been here for 13 years and I’ve been here for 12. Most of our staff has also been here as long as I have.

 

Q: Tell us a little more about Arizona Pizza Company. 

A:  A lot of people assume because of our name that we’re a chain, but we’re not. We are locally owned and operated. There are just 2 locations, both in Massachusetts, each independently owned.

 

Q: What is unique about your business?

A: I think our atmosphere and our guests, they feel at home.  We’ve made a lot of long term friendships and relationships over the years and the local regulars really keep us alive.

 

Q: What does your business do to help the local community?

A: We make donations to local schools, PD, and hospitals when we can.

 

Q: What is your favorite item on the menu or something you’d recommend? 

A:   Even though we’re a pizza place,  I think our burgers, and I know it sounds crazy to say with The Hangar (Pub & Grill) nearby, but we’re proud of our wings.
